'Peppermint' is a very attractive two-tone swiss chard. Stalks graduate from flamingo pink to white, with deep green, savoy type leaf.
A multi-functional vegetable, this alluring chard will not only add colour to the veg patch, but also looks stunning in the flower border.
Nothing will go to waste, as everything is edible on the chard plant. Its leaves can be used just like spinach or cabbage and mid-ribs can be cooked as separate veg or shredded and added to soups and casseroles.
