Squash, Summer 'Jaune et Vert F1'
A Scallop/Patty Pan shaped squash with creamy-ivory skin and contrasting green radial streaking (incredibly ornamental).
This flavoursome heirloom variety is particularly tasty when picked young and served when it is no more that 5-7 cm. in diameter. When mature, cut into pie-shaped wedges and roast. Delicious baked whole and served with meat or vegetables.
