Tall-growing, upright perennial with square stems and toothed, anise-scented leaves.
This variety produces long showy spikes of tiny lavender-blue flowers from midsummer to autumn.
The nectar-filled flowers are loved by bees and butterflies.
The aromatic leaves can be used for teas, jellies and potpourri.
Giant hyssop was used medicinally by the Native Americans.
