Cymbopogon citratus, East-Indian Lemon Grass
A tender perennial grass with lemon-scented leaves that are widely used in Asian cooking.
The lemon-flavoured leaves and stems are used to flavour fish dishes, chicken dishes, soups, tea etc.
Should be container grown in colder climates, so that it can be overwintered indoors.
Native to India.
