Bushy herb with glossy, anise-flavoured leaves.
The leaves can be used to flavour tea, fish dishes, chicken dishes etc.
Produces beautiful clusters of golden-yellow flowers in summer.
Mexican tarragon is a half-hardy sub-shrub that is native to Mexico. Here in northern Europe it is grown as an annual.
