Low-growing perennial sub-shrub with orange scented, grey-green leaves.
The flavourful leaves are used to flavour sauces, stews, meats, soups, marinades, fish dishes etc. The leaves can be used both fresh and dried.
Orange Scented Thyme produces small white flowers from early summer that are loved by bees.
Native to southern Europe.
